Joe has worked for companies of all sizes ranging from startups with only a few employees to global companies with over 90,000 employees. He has acted in the roles of operational DBA and development DBA in most engagements.
Joe is an automation junkie and focuses on automating all operational aspects of database management. On the development side he has focused on discovering and fixing performance related problems.
Joe has been married for 21 years. He as a 15 year old boy and an 13 year old girl. They all live together with their dog, Shadow, in Houston, Texas
